DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building, deploying, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure systems. You will work closely with frontend, backend, infrastructure, and monitoring teams to support both new and existing products while introducing modern tools and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, release, and maintain existing and new platforms and processes.
• Establish DevOps practices and recommend tools to improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist testers and other teams in troubleshooting system issues.
• Collaborate hands‑on with infrastructure, developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in architectural discussions and drive iterative/agile development.
• Manage short weekly release cycles using continuous integration, testing, and delivery.
• Provide training on implemented tools and continuously refactor CI/CD processes.
• Ensure high availability of infrastructure as the organization scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience automating provisioning, configuration, and deployment of environments.
• Hands‑on experience with source‑code management (Azure DevOps Server/VSTS/GIT or similar).
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with configuration‑as‑code tools like Ansible.
• Strong Linux (Red Hat, Debian) administration and Bash/Shell scripting skills.
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Windows Server/IIS, PowerShell, and CDN/WAF solutions (Cloudflare, Akamai) is a plus.
• Exposure to public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DNS architecture.
• Monitoring experience with Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana and Elastic Stack.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• English and Russian language proficiency.
