Employment Relations Partner

About the role

Exinity Group is seeking an Employment Relations Partner to provide expert, hands‑on employment relations support across its global operations. Based in Yerevan, you will act as the local subject‑matter expert on Armenian employment law while helping the People Team manage complex employee matters consistently and in line with local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage global employee relations cases from assessment to resolution, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, misconduct investigations, grievances, appeals, consultations, restructuring, redundancy processes and terminations.
• Provide practical, commercially‑focused advice to People Partners and business leaders on complex employee relations and employment‑law risks.
• Identify and clearly articulate legal and employee‑relations risks linked to business decisions such as disciplinary action, performance management, restructuring and termination.
• Support the effective operation of the Yerevan office and enhance the local employee experience as the Office Administration representative.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in Armenian employment law.
• Proven experience handling a full spectrum of employee relations cases, including investigations, grievances and restructurings.
• Ability to assess and communicate legal risks associated with business decisions.
• Willingness to expand knowledge across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong collaboration skills with People Teams and business leaders.
