Financial Analyst – Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst – Logistics to support financial planning, cost analysis and data‑driven decision‑making across our logistics and supply‑chain operations. This position is ideal for a finance or economics professional who enjoys working with numbers, data and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse product order requirements from partners and distributors.
• Work with stock data and assist in determining optimal order quantities.
• Prepare import analysis and compare planned versus actual imports by distributor.
• Place product orders with international partners and coordinate order confirmation.
• Manage the import process from order placement through delivery to Armenia.
• Request and compare transportation quotations based on shipment weight and volume.
• Coordinate with logistics companies, customs brokers and other partners.
• Verify invoices and ensure delivered products match ordered quantities and specifications.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure timely receipt of imported goods.
• Follow up on customs clearance, import documentation and excise‑stamp requirements.
• Maintain and archive supply‑ and import‑related documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on import efficiency, product expiry and other supply‑related indicators.
• Support compliance with pharmaceutical, customs and distribution regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Previous experience in financial analysis, finance, controlling, supply‑chain, procurement or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Armenian and English; Russian is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, financial modelling).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
