Financial Manager (Treasury & Settlement)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Manager specialized in Treasury and Settlement to join our fast‑growing international payment service provider. Working fully remotely, you will oversee liquidity, manage fund transfers and ensure smooth settlement operations across a network of banks, PSPs, EMIs and other payment partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily liquidity across bank accounts, PSPs, EMIs and other payment providers.
• Monitor balances and forecast funding needs to keep payment operations running smoothly.
• Oversee payout funding and ensure sufficient liquidity across relevant accounts.
• Initiate, control and manage fund transfers between banks, PSPs and other partners.
• Handle FX operations, currency conversions and multi‑currency fund management.
• Execute and supervise daily payment and settlement processes.
• Monitor payment flows, identify potential liquidity issues and act proactively.
• Coordinate operational matters with banks, PSPs, EMIs and other financial institutions.
• Support the development and optimisation of treasury and settlement processes.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely transaction execution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in Treasury, Settlements or Payment Operations, preferably within FinTech, Payments, iGaming, Crypto or other high‑risk industries.
• Strong background in liquidity management, payout funding and fund movements.
• Proven experience managing transfers across banks, PSPs, EMIs and payment providers.
• Practical knowledge of FX operations, multi‑currency payments and settlement flows.
• Experience working with multiple international banking and payment partners.
• Fluent in English and Russian (C1 level).
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a remote team and adapt to fast‑changing priorities.
