Game Designer

About the role

Playrix is looking for a passionate Game Designer to join its leading casual‑games team. You will help shape new mobile experiences, focusing on match‑3 mechanics, in‑game economy and monetisation while collaborating with producers and other designers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts for game events and design detailed gameplay mechanics.
• Oversee the design pipeline, plan project milestones and ensure alignment with overall product vision.
• Create and balance internal economies, pricing models and monetisation strategies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in game development.
• Strong personal gaming background, especially with match‑3 titles (500+ levels in top games).
• Proactive attitude, fast learner and motivated to grow quickly.
• Good understanding of mobile gaming market trends.

Required skills

• Experience designing gameplay loops and level progression.
• Knowledge of in‑game economies and monetisation principles.
