German Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing, fully remote team. You will interact with customers via phone, email and chat, providing assistance in both German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails and chats.
• Answer general and order‑related questions.
• Resolve complaints and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Report feedback, complaints and quality metrics to senior management.
• Perform other related customer service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1 level) and English (minimum B1).
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work full‑time remotely.
• Self‑motivated with a strong customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
• Computer meeting minimum specs: i5 CPU, 6 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.
• Headset with microphone for clear communication.
