German‑Speaking Customer Support Representative (C1)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing online retail company as a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for German customers, handling inquiries about orders, shipments, and product issues via phone, email, and chat, all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support through calls (currently outbound), emails, and chats.
• Answer order‑related questions, manage shipment delays, cancellations, and damaged product claims.
• Resolve complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues to the technical department.
• Report customer feedback, complaints, and quality metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B1) – strong written and spoken communication.
• Previous experience in customer support, comfortable with phone interactions.
• Detail‑oriented, active listener, problem‑solver, motivated team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite.
• Laptop running Windows 10 or 11, minimum i5 CPU, 6 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.
• Headset with microphone.
