Graphic Designer

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content that supports the brand and engages audiences across multiple channels. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver high‑quality designs for both digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and layouts that effectively communicate the brand message and engage target audiences.
• Ensure consistency and high standards of visual design across all company touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create and edit graphics for promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and social media content.
• Produce innovative designs for both print and online media, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and refine concepts.
• Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Manage and organize design files and assets, ensuring they are accessible and version‑controlled.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Additional certifications or courses in design, UI/UX, or related areas are a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital, print, and branding projects.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of web design and user interface (UI) principles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error‑free work.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional attitude towards feedback and ability to adjust designs accordingly.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Good working knowledge of English.
