Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

TripleTen is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the full growth funnel for its new education programs. You will drive acquisition, test and scale paid channels, and optimize unit economics to support rapid expansion across the US and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and validate paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, search, and community webinars.
• Build and iterate on funnels, offers, and landing page experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze full‑funnel metrics (CAC, conversion, cohort revenue) and make weekly scale‑or‑kill decisions.
• Develop audience insights by combining data, customer research, sales calls, and market signals.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Sales teams to achieve sustainable growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, or full‑funnel marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid acquisition budgets and scaling campaigns.
• Strong grasp of growth metrics, unit economics, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to work with niche audiences, ambiguous data, and hypothesis‑driven decision making.
• Proven experience briefing cross‑functional teams and owning outcomes.
• Fluent English with strong remote communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑driven research and analysis tools.
• Experience using collaboration platforms such as Notion, Miro, Slack, and Figma.
