Head of Affiliate – Lead Strategy & Growth

About the role

The Head of Affiliate will own the end‑to‑end strategy and growth of the affiliate marketing channel, driving scalable revenue, acquiring high‑value players and meeting ROI/CPA targets. Reporting to the CMO, this senior leader will manage P&L, build the partner network and lead a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the affiliate strategy, own the channel P&L and ensure CPA, LTV and ROI targets are met.
• Manage partner portfolio: segment, tier and retain top affiliates, negotiate contracts (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and continuously optimise deal performance.
• Plan, launch and optimise affiliate campaigns in close collaboration with Brand, CRM, Product and Regional Marketing teams.
• Provide regular analytics, reporting and corrective actions to C‑level stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and scale the affiliate team, fostering a data‑driven culture while ensuring compliance with licensing and responsible gaming regulations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of senior affiliate leadership experience in iGaming, gambling or betting.
• Established network of top‑tier affiliates, networks and media buying teams.
• Proven track record of managing channel P&L and delivering revenue and acquisition targets.
• Fluent in English and Russian (upper‑intermediate/advanced).

Required skills

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Cellxpert, NetRefer or Income Access.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, anti‑fraud solutions and performance reporting.
