Head of International Business Expansion

About the role

Evoca is looking for a senior leader to drive the Bank's international business expansion, evaluate new markets and develop innovative products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new international markets and business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate market entry initiatives from assessment to implementation, including internal and external stakeholder management.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and analytical reports to support executive decision‑making.
• Identify and assess potential international partners and monitor competitive, regulatory, and industry trends.
• Track project progress, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, business case development and evaluation of strategic projects.
• Deep understanding of international markets, financial sector and banking business models.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex data and present clear recommendations.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Practical financial modeling experience.
