Head of Marketing

About the role

FeedConstruct, an award‑winning global sports data and technology company, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead its strategic vision and execution across all marketing channels, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive innovative multi‑channel marketing strategies, including digital, traditional and experiential campaigns.
• Lead, mentor and expand a high‑performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous development.
• Shape and maintain the brand narrative, ensuring consistent positioning across all communications.
• Set performance metrics and KPIs, continuously optimizing for ROI and business goals.
• Manage a significant marketing budget, allocating resources for high‑impact initiatives while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Oversee large‑scale campaign execution from concept to implementation, focusing on engagement, conversion and brand loyalty.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to identify innovation opportunities.
• Represent marketing in executive meetings, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in iGaming, sports, technology or e‑commerce.
• Fluency in Armenian and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM and content strategy.
• Experience using AI to scale content, sharpen targeting and improve campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to marketing performance.
