Head of People Analytics

About the role

SoftConstruct is seeking a data‑driven Head of People Analytics to shape its workforce strategy. Based in Yerevan, you will lead a new analytics capability that connects talent insights with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning and align headcount forecasts with business goals.
• Develop predictive models to forecast talent needs across geographies and functions.
• Design headcount normalization frameworks based on task complexity and service levels.
• Build tools to monitor employee workload, productivity and utilization.
• Assess organizational design, recommend optimal team structures and support budgeting decisions.
• Partner with HR, Finance and Strategy to embed analytics into transformation projects.
• Present insights to senior executives and contribute to performance reviews.
• Recruit, mentor and manage a high‑impact team of analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, strategic HR or management consulting.
• Proven track record in organizational design and HR transformation.
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages a plus.
