Head of Product (FinTech)

About the role

Highway is seeking a Head of Product to lead the creation of innovative, secure, and scalable financial solutions. You will act as the bridge between product management and engineering, ensuring technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to uncover customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
• Translate strategic goals into clear product initiatives and oversee their execution.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the product team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage the product portfolio to maximize impact.
• Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and data‑driven analysis for decision‑making.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, risk management, and technical feasibility.
• Establish product processes, metrics, and best practices to measure performance.

Required profile

• 9+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in banking or fintech product development and scaling.
• Deep understanding of regulatory complexity and risk management in highly regulated environments.
• Strong technical background and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Ability to translate market dynamics and customer behavior into long‑term product vision.

Required skills
