About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures every area of the hotel is clean, welcoming and ready for guests. Working on‑site at Marriott Hotel Köln, you will create memorable experiences by maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the property.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel to support a great guest experience.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
- Professional uniform, personal appearance and communication.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk and perform tasks for extended periods.
