Hotel Receptionist / Administrator

About the role

The Arte’ hotel in the heart of Yerevan is looking for a dynamic hospitality professional to lead its front office, reservations, and guest services. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing daily operations and a team of front‑line staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front office, reservations and guest services daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Train, motivate and manage front‑line staff to meet performance goals.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B to ensure seamless service.
• Manage room inventory, rates and budgeting with the General Manager.
• Implement hotel policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Prepare operational reports and support administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in hotel administration or front office management.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian; English or other languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
