HR & Admin Executive

About the role

We are seeking an HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR operations, recruitment, compliance and office administration for our client in Yerevan. The role works closely with management to ensure smooth HR processes and help establish future departmental structures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, job postings, screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Handle onboarding, off‑boarding, maintain employee files, HR documents and HRIS data.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, support payroll inputs and coordinate salary processing with Finance.
• Assist in setting up company structure, website, LinkedIn page, letterheads and official contact details.
• Oversee office space, facilities, vendor relationships and ensure compliance with Armenian labour regulations.
• Coordinate background checks, AML/KYC/GDPR training and support legal documentation.
• Support performance review coordination, employee engagement activities and organise company events.
• Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries and recruitment trackers, collaborating with Finance and Operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR/HR administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Armenian labour laws.
• Excellent communication skills in Armenian and English.
• High level of organization, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Experience with HRIS is a plus; background in iGaming, FinTech or IT is advantageous.
