HR Recruiter & Project Manager (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can combine recruitment expertise with project management responsibilities. This remote, part‑time position supports our US‑based client teams and ensures a smooth onboarding experience for hired candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, review and filter CVs.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and shortlist top talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules with US client teams, including occasional early‑morning availability.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• After hiring, act as the candidate’s Project Manager and primary point of contact.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates or projects simultaneously.
