Implementation Consultant

About the role

Join ServiceTitan’s Customer Success team as an Implementation Consultant, guiding multiple customers through their implementation journey. You will ensure smooth go‑live experiences while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their implementation program, focusing on process and workflow.
• Prepare, update, and manage project management materials to keep implementations on schedule.
• Monitor risk factors and work with managers to resolve escalations and at‑risk accounts.
• Conduct live working sessions, demonstrating best practices and critical features for go‑live.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan and integrated applications.

Required profile

• At least 2 + years of relevant experience, preferably in the Home Service industry.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional project‑management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent customer‑relationship skills and a clear view of outstanding service.

Required skills

• Experience with ServiceTitan software (a strong plus).
• Familiarity with SaaS business models.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues.
