About the role

Intetics is seeking an Incident Editorial Specialist to monitor and curate real‑time traffic incidents. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, making it an ideal start for a career in IT.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and curate real‑time traffic incidents within assigned geographic zones using a custom‑built platform.
Collect and validate data from various sources.
Update, track, and clear incidents in the system based on incoming data.
Process alerts and ensure accuracy in all updates.
Communicate effectively with shift supervisors to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

Strong intermediate English or higher.
Comfortable working in a real‑time, data‑driven environment.
Familiarity with mapping tools or transportation/traffic data is a bonus.
