Influencer Marketing Campaign Assistant

About the role

This is a remote position for an Influencer Marketing Campaign Assistant. You will keep influencer campaigns running smoothly by working with strategists and campaign leads on creator outreach, coordination, content tracking and reporting. It is a hands-on role for an organised person who wants to grow into running campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Research and shortlist creators who fit the brief, with the scouting team
• Reach out to creators and managers, follow up and track replies, rates and availability
• Coordinate briefs, contracts, product shipping, drafts and posting dates
• Check content against the brief and brand guidelines before it goes live
• Keep campaign trackers, timelines and CRM records up to date
• Collect post links and performance data and help build client reports
• Spot delays or issues early and flag them to the campaign lead

Required profile

• 1-2 years in influencer marketing, ideally at an agency; brand-side experience counts if at least a year in the role
• A stable work history, as the company hires for the long term
• Very organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle many creators and deadlines
• Interest in one of the company's niches (Tech/AI, Gaming, Automotive, Lifestyle, Health/Wellness) is a plus

Required skills

• Good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and what makes a creator a good fit
• Clear, friendly written communication in English; other languages are a plus
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers and project tools such as Notion and Google Sheets
