International Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an International Finance Specialist to support our expansion into new jurisdictions. You will study tax regimes, coordinate company formation, and ensure compliance for our global entities.

Key responsibilities

• Research tax systems and corporate requirements in target countries.
• Identify reputable tax, accounting and corporate service providers, especially those with gaming‑industry experience.
• Analyse tax advice and coordinate company formation with local lawyers, accountants and consultants.
• Maintain internal accounting records for international entities and reconcile them with local accountant reports.
• Support external audits and provide necessary documentation to consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local corporate, accounting and tax obligations, including filing reports.
• Monitor transfer‑pricing regulations across the group.
• Organise restructuring and reorganisation processes within the group.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Graduate or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, audit or related areas.
• Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and planning abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain high quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
