IT Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking an IT Office Manager to keep our office IT infrastructure running smoothly while also delivering technical support for IMUSIC Business at client sites. The role combines on‑site office maintenance, remote employee assistance, and on‑site client equipment installation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot office computers, network, Wi‑Fi, printers and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure and update software and workstations for employees.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to staff.
• Install, configure and maintain IMUSIC Business equipment at client locations.
• Configure IMUSIC applications and ensure proper connection with client networks.
• Manage IT hardware, supplies and software licences, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Support onboarding by preparing equipment for new hires.
• Assist with basic data security, backups and user access management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT support, system administration or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking, Wi‑Fi, routers and internet connectivity.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
• Customer‑oriented and responsible work approach.
