IT System Administrator – Jira

About the role

ASBIS is seeking a Jira Specialist to ensure stable operation, administration, and continuous improvement of Jira and Jira Service Management across the company. The role blends hands‑on Jira administration with process automation, integrations, and the rollout of new Jira‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stable operation of Jira and Jira Service Management, providing technical support to users.
• Configure and customize Jira workflows, business rules, SLAs, queues, forms, notifications, and permissions.
• Optimize existing processes and implement automations to reduce manual effort.
• Translate business requirements into Jira‑based solutions and implement new projects.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal or external systems using APIs, webhooks, and other mechanisms.
• Support Customer Care, Support, Warranty/RMA, QA, and Product processes through Jira solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, filters, and data flows for KPI, SLA, and operational analytics.
• Test changes, validate implementations, and provide post‑launch support.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Jira administration, configuration, support and customization.
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams (IT, Support, QA, Product, RMA).
• Fluent in English and Russian.

• Jira workflows, custom fields, permissions, automations, Jira Service Management, plugins.
• API and webhook integrations.
• Custom Jira plugin development.
• Jira reporting, dashboards, KPI/SLA reporting.
