Junior Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our internal B2B retail support team. You will work closely with account managers, commercial and operations colleagues, helping them resolve technical issues and uncover root causes. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys digging into systems, solving puzzles, and growing within a friendly international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance to internal teams across the company.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues related to our B2B retail product.
• Analyse large volumes of technical data to identify patterns and root causes.
• Collaborate with the team lead and a small support team to improve processes.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with colleagues.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in technical or customer support.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Comfort with repetitive, routine tasks and patience.
• Excellent written communication in English (minimum B1 level).
• Open, friendly, and easy‑going communication style.

Required skills

• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Jira and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Grafana, or Kibana.
