Lead IAM Engineer (SailPoint)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead IAM Engineer to drive technical configuration and integration of applications into the SailPoint platform, leveraging scripting expertise and AI‑acceleration tools to streamline provisioning workflows for a large‑scale application pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end integration of over 600 target applications into SailPoint.
• Design, test, and implement dynamic user‑facing access request forms with robust validation.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain PowerShell scripts using AI tools for custom connector rules.
• Handle data aggregation, automate provisioning workflows, and resolve errors related to data aggregation, connectivity, API webhooks, and provisioning failures.
• Map complex business permissions into structured SailPoint configurations and collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders during onboarding.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IAM engineering experience with hands‑on SailPoint IGA (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• SailPoint (IdentityNow/IdentityIQ) configuration and administration.
• PowerShell scripting (including AI‑assistants such as Copilot or ChatGPT).
• JSON and XML configuration editing.
• Connector expertise: JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, REST, SCIM APIs.
• IAM architecture knowledge, RBAC, identity mapping, governance lifecycle frameworks.
