Legal Counsel – Real Estate Platform

About the role

Rentie is seeking a full‑time Legal Counsel to support its unified rental platform. Based in Yerevan, the role will provide comprehensive legal guidance across the real‑estate and technology sectors, ensuring the company’s operations comply with Armenian and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, terms of use and partnership agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and real‑estate regulations.
• Provide clear legal advice to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Handle disputes, claims and legal issues related to property rental and platform usage.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to update internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.

Required profile

• Law degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with admission to practice law in Armenia preferred.
• Strong understanding of Armenian and international legal frameworks.
• Experience in real‑estate, commercial or technology/platform law is an advantage.
• Fluent in Armenian, proficient in English; Russian a plus.
