Meritensa, an early‑stage legal AI startup focused on expanding access to justice in the United States, is looking for a Marketing Director. This is a part‑time, equity‑only position that will run alongside your current job, offering meaningful ownership as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute 10‑15 hours per week to lead marketing and communications initiatives.
• Manage junior marketers or interns as needed.
• Develop and execute full‑stack digital marketing, product marketing, and growth campaigns.
• Produce professional communications, content, and thought‑leadership pieces.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack digital marketing and marketing operations.
• Background in product marketing, strategy, and distribution.
• Strong written communication and thought‑leadership abilities.
• Prior startup or executive‑level experience preferred.
