Marketing Manager

About the role

WYNDHAM GRAND TSAGHAKDZOR Hotel seeks an ambitious, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to help establish the property as a leading luxury resort in Armenia. You will shape the brand, build the audience, and drive growth through memorable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media presence and paid digital advertising to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate content creation, including photo and video productions.
• Analyse performance data and adjust strategies to meet commercial targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, luxury or related consumer‑facing sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on marketing ROI.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
