Marketing & Sales Assistant - Junior+

About the role

HiJob is looking for a motivated Junior+ Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team in Armenia. The role is split evenly between marketing and sales activities, offering a balanced experience in both fields while working on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing (≈50%): Support social media and digital marketing activities, prepare and publish content, assist with content planning and campaign execution, research competitors and market trends, help create marketing materials and presentations, monitor content and campaign performance, support brand communication, and coordinate with designers.
• Sales (≈50%): Research and identify potential clients, reach out via email and LinkedIn, introduce HiJob and communicate its value, follow up with prospects, support meetings and presentations, maintain lead information and communication records, assist with partnership and business‑development activities, and build professional relationships with companies.

Required profile

• Practical interest or experience in marketing, sales, business development or communications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (intermediate level).
• Confidence when contacting new people and companies.
• Good research and information‑gathering abilities.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to write clear professional messages and emails.
• Organizational, follow‑up and deadline‑driven mindset.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
