Mid-level US Accountant (Armenia)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented mid‑level US Accountant to join our finance team in Armenia. This role is ideal for professionals with several years of accounting experience who want to further develop their skills in US accounting while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Prepare invoices, checks, account reconciliations, and related financial reports.
• Participate in monthly closing activities and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Process a high volume of transactions within deadlines.
• Collaborate with US‑based clients and internal teams, providing accounting support.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 1‑2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, accurate, and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
