Middle Data Analyst – Insight & Visualization

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. The role combines statistical analysis, data visualization, research and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical and quantitative methods, including regression, hypothesis testing, time‑series analysis, and simulations.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and adapt them for different audiences.
• Validate analytical outputs, identify anomalies, and translate findings into practical recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Research relevant datasets, assess data quality, and use AI tools to accelerate research and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL and experience with large relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficiency in Python or R (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, etc.).
• Experience with data‑visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel, Jupyter Notebook, Git.
