Motion Designer / AI Video Creator

About the role

A creative team is looking for a Motion Designer / AI Video Creator who combines strong motion design and animation skills with expertise in AI-powered visual and video generation tools. The role creates motion graphics, animations, AI-generated videos and compelling visual content for digital campaigns and brand communications, working with graphic designers, art directors, copywriters and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, visual effects and video compositions for advertising, social media, presentations and branded content, adapting them to different formats and platforms.
• Generate AI videos and visual assets using text-to-video and image-to-video workflows, and combine them with traditional motion design and video editing.
• Develop concepts, moodboards and visual references, and plan sequences, camera movement and pacing.
• Edit and assemble footage, motion graphics and AI-generated sequences, adding sound, music, voiceovers and subtitles, and export in the right formats.

Required profile

• Professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, AI video creation or a related creative production role.
• Strong portfolio showing motion graphics, animations, video editing and AI-generated content.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines, manage several projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Practical experience with AI video generation platforms and ability to craft effective AI prompts.
• Understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, color theory and cinematic visual language.
• Additional advantages: 3D animation, VFX, compositing, motion tracking, AI-assisted character animation, lip-syncing, voice generation, sound design, HTML5 animations and node-based AI workflows.
