Motion Designer - Strategic Projects

About the role

Welltech is seeking a Motion Designer to join its Strategic Projects unit. This full‑time role offers high autonomy to create video, animation and AI‑generated assets for emerging acquisition channels and partnership models across the company’s wellness apps.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, direct and upscale AI video, voice and image assets using pipelines such as Kling, Veo and ElevenLabs.
• Design visually compelling animations and videos for a variety of ad formats and platforms, including non‑standard ones.
• Develop engaging transitions, typography, visual effects and compositing sequences.
• Maintain visual brand consistency while experimenting with creative concepts.
• Elevate emotional storytelling to drive performance‑focused outcomes.
• Stay updated on emerging motion trends, mobile‑first formats and platform‑specific best practices.
• Collaborate with the wider creative and growth teams to translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Own the end‑to‑end production pipeline from concept to final render with speed and agility.
• Contribute fresh ideas during ideation, testing and iteration cycles across multiple concurrent projects.
• Help build efficient workflows, templates or lightweight automation to support rapid testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in performance marketing or a fast‑paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of motion work and mobile‑first thinking.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑changing setting.
