Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to craft high‑quality motion graphics, animations and video content for our digital channels and campaigns. The role involves turning creative concepts into engaging visual stories across a variety of platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations and video assets for digital marketing and brand initiatives.
• Edit and optimise video content for different platforms, formats and audiences.
• Develop storyboards and take projects from concept through final delivery.
• Maintain motion templates and design systems to ensure visual consistency.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to improve ideation, production and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, copy and creative teams while managing feedback and quality assurance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, video editing or multimedia design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation and visual storytelling.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a solid sense of pacing, composition and storytelling.
