Network & Business Development Manager

About the role

Finbox Group is seeking a proactive and results‑driven Network & Business Development Manager to expand its ATM network across Armenia, forge strategic partnerships, and grow B2B services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate new ATM locations, coordinate launches and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail chains, shopping centres, property owners and other partners.
• Develop B2B opportunities, attract corporate clients and expand Finbox’s service portfolio.
• Manage ATM transportation, customs clearance, delivery and relocation.
• Analyse network performance and optimise commercial efficiency.
• Lead projects from negotiation through implementation, coordinating internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, partnership management or network expansion.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and project‑management skills.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of project economics.
• Fluent in Armenian and Russian; English is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence, personal vehicle and willingness to travel regularly across Armenia.
