Outbound Tours Manager

About the role

Nexus Travel Company is looking for a full‑time Outbound Tours Manager to lead the planning and execution of outbound travel experiences for its clients. Based on‑site in Yerevan, you will coordinate all aspects of tours, work closely with international suppliers, and ensure a high‑quality service throughout each journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce detailed travel itineraries for outbound tours.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and confirm bookings with suppliers.
• Liaise with international partners to secure services and negotiate terms.
• Handle client inquiries, provide timely information, and resolve issues that arise during travel.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on feedback.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry best practices.
• Adapt quickly to schedule changes and manage any on‑the‑ground problems efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel coordination, itinerary planning, and managing outbound tours.
• Background in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and related technology.
• Knowledge of global travel destinations and current market trends.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a travel agency or hospitality environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
