About the role
Sunset Travel is seeking an Outgoing Tour Manager to join its boutique agency in Yerevan. You will be the main point of contact for clients planning outbound trips, ensuring each journey is well‑structured, stress‑free, and memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Consult clients to understand their travel preferences and budget.
- Design and assemble customized travel packages, including hotels, flights, and activities.
- Book accommodations, transportation, and other services.
- Communicate with international partners and suppliers.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and provide ongoing support throughout the trip.
- Research new destinations, hotels, and emerging travel trends to keep the offering fresh.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tourism or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Passion for travel and a curiosity for new destinations.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
