Partner-Level Lawyer

About the role

TABIA seeks experienced partner‑level lawyers to strengthen its senior legal team. The role focuses on leading complex domestic and cross‑border matters across a range of sectors, providing strategic legal, regulatory and commercial advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex domestic and international matters within designated practice areas.
• Advise clients on legal, regulatory and commercial aspects of their operations.
• Represent clients before government agencies, sector regulators and public authorities.
• Negotiate, draft and review key legal documents.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers on assigned matters.
• Contribute to business development and expansion of the firm’s client base.

Required profile

• Law degree and qualification to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• Senior‑level legal experience appropriate for a partner position.
• Proven track record in at least one of the listed sectors or practice areas.
• Experience working with government agencies, regulatory bodies and public authorities.
• Exposure to common‑law legal systems through international academic or professional experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian; professional proficiency in Armenian.
