Personal Driver & Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Personal Driver to provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for the employer and their family. The role also includes various support tasks such as handling purchases, financial transactions, and guest logistics, requiring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safe and punctual transportation for the employer and family members.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and technically sound condition.
• Perform regular vehicle servicing and inspections.
• Visit, inspect, and monitor designated locations as required.
• Handle purchases, test purchases, bank payments, and other financial transactions.
• Welcome and accompany guests, transport their belongings, and ensure safe delivery.
• Maintain accurate expense logs and submit monthly expense reports.
• Utilize free time to proactively complete assigned tasks and provide reports upon assignment completion.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding movements, activities, and related information.

Required profile

• Valid Category B driving license with extensive driving experience.
• Excellent reputation, loyalty, integrity, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Honest and accountable approach to finances and expenses.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work varied hours.
• Neat, professional appearance with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, independent problem‑solver.
• High personal hygiene standards and adherence to a no‑smoking policy inside the vehicle.
