Premium Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Freedom Broker Armenia, part of the international financial holding Freedom Holding Corp., is seeking a Premium Client Relationship Manager to drive active sales of investment instruments and manage high‑value client portfolios. The role involves capital raising, market analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance while building long‑term relationships with both local and non‑resident investors.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell securities, bonds, investment funds and other investment instruments.
• Raise capital and collaborate with potential investors.
• Form, manage and develop clients’ investment portfolios.
• Maintain and expand the client base and partner relationships.
• Analyze local and international markets and inform clients of opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulatory legal acts.
• Prepare reports and required documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, or a technical field.
• At least 3 years of recent experience in the financial or banking sector.
• Experience with non‑resident clients is an advantage.
• Established professional network in investment and financial sectors.
• Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian, and sufficient proficiency in English.
• Results‑oriented with a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
