Principal SEO Manager

About the role

EasyDMARC is seeking a Principal SEO Manager with more than seven years of hands‑on SEO experience to lead its organic growth strategy. This role blends deep technical execution with strategic insight, requiring the candidate to own the end‑to‑end SEO roadmap and work closely with an SEO Advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute the SEO and organic growth roadmap, covering technical SEO, content, commercial pages and authority building.
• Own technical health aspects such as indexation, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, Core Web Vitals and overall site performance.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across product, integration and commercial pages, as well as scalable SEO initiatives.
• Stay ahead of Google updates, AI‑driven search, LLM discovery and zero‑click search trends.
• Work hands‑on with Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, crawlers and other SEO tools, turning findings into clear requirements for developers, writers and designers.
• Track organic performance, conversions and pipeline contribution, maintaining clear documentation of owners, priorities and deadlines.

Required profile

• 7+ years of strong, hands‑on SEO experience with deep expertise in technical and content SEO.
• Proven ability to work directly with developers on technical implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills, with a focus on business impact over pure traffic metrics.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure or other technical products is a strong advantage.
