Product Designer

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Product Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design of complex digital products across web, mobile and interactive platforms. You will own the user experience from discovery through delivery, turning business goals and user needs into impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design of complex digital products, creating high‑fidelity wireframes, prototypes, user flows and final UI designs.
• Partner with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define strategy, scope and priorities.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing and data‑driven design validation.
• Develop and evolve scalable design systems, UI libraries and maintain brand consistency.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level designers and advocate for user‑centered design practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product or UX/UI design experience, preferably in gaming, tech or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, HCI, Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English, Russian and Armenian.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture and visual design.
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive experiences for complex products.
• Basic knowledge of front‑end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
