Product Operations Specialist

About the role

The Product Operations Specialist ensures the Imagine Live product runs smoothly on a daily basis. Working closely with internal teams, external partners and the fraud team, you will monitor system performance, manage configurations and support technical integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and configuring new game/table launches.
• Monitor transactions, resolve technical issues and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Manage content updates, including translations, new features and partner‑specific changes.
• Handle partner requests related to product settings, game limits and configurations.
• Communicate product updates to the fraud team and forward fraud‑related requests.
• Support integrations and APIs, assisting onboarding of new partners.
• Track product performance, generate reports and identify improvement areas.
• Review table limits against industry standards and suggest adjustments.
• Maintain and update documentation on configurations and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in product operations, customer support or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset to review data and spot trends.
• Open‑mindedness to suggest process improvements and automation ideas.

Required skills

• Basic Excel for data organization and tracking.
• Good knowledge of APIs and system configuration.
