Product Trainer

About the role

Digitain is looking for a Product Trainer to join its Quality Training and Content Management Department in Yerevan. The role involves designing and delivering product‑related training programs for new hires and existing staff, ensuring a consistent learning experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather product information in collaboration with product teams and subject‑matter experts.
• Develop training materials and courses tailored to different competency levels.
• Create engaging presentations using Canva, PowerPoint and other instructional tools.
• Deliver onsite and virtual training sessions, including interactive quizzes and games.
• Produce streamed video content for the online learning platform.
• Monitor, report on, and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs based on feedback.
• Conduct performance tests and assess participants’ knowledge to identify further training needs.

Required profile

• University degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching, training or customer‑service roles.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Analytical mindset, creativity and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience using Canva for instructional design (a plus).
• Competence in creating online video content and interactive e‑learning elements.
