Project Manager / Team Leader - e-Government Solution

About the role

European Dynamics is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager / Team Leader fluent in English and Armenian/Russian to join an international project implementing an e-Government solution for the public sector in Armenia. The role requires some physical presence at the client's premises in Yerevan.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project operations.
• Train the client's nodal users on the delivered e-Government software solution.
• Deliver train-the-trainer training.
• Perform quality assurance on the Armenian or Russian versions of deliverable documents.
• Report to the Contract Manager on the project's progress.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science or engineering.
• At least 7 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years as a Project Manager / Team Leader in IT system implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of Armenian and Russian (native speaker preferred).
• Excellent command of English.

• Experience developing or deploying large IT projects and e-Government solutions.
