About the role

RemoteLegalStaff is building a dedicated recruitment team to source and manage remote legal talent for U.S. law firms. The role focuses on one of three specialist tracks – Marketing & Sourcing, Screening & Assessment, or Profiling – depending on the candidate’s strengths.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract talent across Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, and other global markets.
• Build and manage employer‑brand touchpoints, recruitment campaigns, and candidate pipelines aligned with the chosen track.
• Screen candidates for foundation, communication, judgment, and critical thinking, using structured, competency‑based interviews.
• Utilise AI tools and ATS platforms daily to document evaluations and maintain pipeline quality.
• Handle multiple open roles simultaneously while ensuring high standards and long‑term retention.
• Continuously improve sourcing, screening, or profiling processes based on specialist focus.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency environments.
• Proven active sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive candidate outreach.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Solid judgment with the ability to make fast, evidence‑based hiring decisions.
• Comfortable working with global talent pools, especially LATAM, the Philippines, or South Africa.
