Recruitment & Client Relations Specialist

About the role

Talent Rise is seeking a motivated Recruitment & Client Relations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes while nurturing relationships with corporate clients and forging new partnerships. You will act as the bridge between candidates and companies, ensuring a seamless experience for both.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, professional platforms, and industry networks.
• Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates’ fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Build and sustain pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Collaborate with clients to define hiring needs and craft job descriptions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and identify new recruitment opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients, present services, and develop partnerships.
• Track recruitment activities, placements, and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing abilities.
• Proven use of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence in negotiating with corporate clients.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Results‑driven, proactive, and well‑organized mindset.
