Regional Account Manager – Armenia

About the role

As a Regional Account Manager you will lead direct sales engagements with SMB customers across Armenia, driving deployments of Fortinet cybersecurity and networking solutions. You will use your network to create account plans, pursue new business opportunities and act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve enterprise‑wide deployments of Fortinet products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with contacts up to C‑level, understanding business imperatives and IT drivers.
• Conduct consultative selling, qualify prospects, and manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts.
• Collaborate with system engineers, channel managers and specialist sales teams to maximize sales volume.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and keep customers informed of product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling into the SMB sector in hi‑tech, preferably cybersecurity or networking.
• Consistent quota achievement with demonstrated career stability and growth.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with strong attention to detail and a competitive drive.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong listening abilities.

Required skills

• Experience selling Fortinet or comparable cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of networking and security product portfolios.
