Regional Products & Solutions Manager

About the role

The role is a Product Manager position within Visa’s Solutions team for the CISSEE sub‑region, focused on Armenia. The incumbent will drive consumer product development, sales, pre‑ and post‑implementation support, and project management for a suite of consumer product capabilities such as card benefits and consumer value‑proposition offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop the market‑wide Consumer Value Proposition (CVP) by identifying ideas, launching initiatives, managing budgeting and payments, resolving issues and promoting the offering.
• Customize and resell existing benefits and partnerships to provide banks with unique or exclusive value propositions.
• Solutioning: create tailored concepts or products for specific bank segments, covering the full cycle from need identification and ideation to launch and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the Armenian market to develop and maintain a comprehensive consumer product strategy that aligns with regional objectives.

Required profile

• Experienced professional in product management, preferably with a background in consumer product development and sales.
• Proven ability to manage projects and support product implementation end‑to‑end.
• Familiarity with the payments ecosystem and ability to work with banking partners.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address market needs and drive initiatives.
